Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Salary: €90,000-110,000

Reperio are working with a large fintech company who plan to expand their Data & AI team. They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their dynamic team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models that drive real-world impact. You will optimise algorithms for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying ML models in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.) is a plus.
